Part A: For DEI Councils
We provide customized training to DEI Councils and ERGs based on our signature Integrated D&I-Business Impact Model.
1. Comprehensive training for DEI Councils to craft an impactful DEI agenda linked with their business strategy
2. Post implementation support and continued mentorship with regular updates and a complimentary pass for virtual events
3. Customized training to Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) on their role, responsibilities and execution of the business plan
Part B: For Leaders
We offer customized assessments on inclusive traits of effective leaders that resonate with the organization's value system to groom effective leaders. Customized coaching plans for leaders are designed and selected leaders are mentored to take up higher positions.

Part C : For Managers

Part E: For HRBPs and L&D Professionals
For continued support and sustainability, we encourage HR and the L&D team to scale up their competencies. For this, we offer:
1. Certification Courses to become an effective DEIB Trainer
2. Coaching skills for HR
3. Design a customized in-house training module and train L&D Team to deliver content
4. Design customized on-demand virtual training that can be hosted on the organization's LMS
