Our Offerings

We offer a one-stop suite offering for all complaints that hinder any element of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging at the workplace. We not only provide ombudsman services safeguarding employees for protected disclosure but also provide independent views on complaint investigations.  As an external member, we provide an unbiased, neutral perspective for complaint investigations and employee counselling. Since the external member is not involved or aware of any internal company politics and employee relationships, we thus base our opinions and findings on the presented facts and circumstances and provide a safe-haven for employees to voice out any incident of harassment, violation or abuse.
 
Such complaints may be categorized as:
1. Violation of DEIB Conduct and Values
2. Violations mentioned under Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace
3. Workplace Harassment and Bullying

A customized service plan is drafted based on the needs of the organisation.
Such services may take up any shape as mentioned below:
1. Ombudsman Services for complaint registrations
2. Independent external member for investigations, along with in-house committee members
3. Mentoring and guiding internal committee for investigations
4. 100% independent investigations
